Obviously, the Bush (mis)Administration is pushing a huge privatization of government, which is the method used to transfer public tax revenues to private coffers in the name of 'efficiency.' This kind of 'efficiency' gives us Blackwater soldiers that cost us taxpayers 5 times what a government soldier costs.
