More than 100,000 pages of newly released government documents demonstrate how US military interrogators "abused, tortured or killed" scores of prisoners rounded up since Sept. 11, 2001. I avoid all prescription drugs because of the side-effects. I found an herbal pill called Relax-All that I take only when I'm really wired and can't fall asleep. This article talks about the quantity of sleep from newer drugs, but not about the quality. The drugs may just give people amnesia so they forget how badly they really slept.

Cops in Brooklyn recently abused and terrified an innocent man, triggering a heart attack. Then left him to drive himself home, accusing him of 'acting.' There's no indication that he resisted arrest in any way. The stupid cops had not even pulled over the right kind of car. They were looking for a hit and run perpetrator.
