Inadvertantly or not, Bush is setting up Iraq to explode in violence when US troops withdraw. The US is funding, training and arming both Shia factions and Sunni factions, but not doing anything diplomatically to improve things in Iraq. This tragic combination will greatly increase the likelihood that Iraq will be engulfed in bloodshed after we leave.
