Trying to out do his lower lows in the little time he has left, Bush has nominated the head of the manufacturing lobby to lead the agency he's been fighting against for the past 13 years. He has fought for less accountability for asbestos, lead, arsenic, tobacco and a host of corporate behaviors that harm consumers and the environment.
